Business adaptation and complete renovation in the HTS high school premises in Jakobsbergsskolan.

The project involves the redeployment of very specific premises, including theater students, hairdressers, educators and restaurant students. In addition to adapting to new education programs, improvements in the environment, accessibility and fire safety in the buildings have been included in the rebuilding. The cafe, which opens towards the entrance hall, has grown and received a new appealing color scheme. At the same time, the restaurant kitchen and the associated rooms have been restored. Folding walls and luminaires on colored pillars illuminate the corridors. In addition to these equipment, the theater has been rebuilt with regard to noise / air / lighting requirements. The plate-clad facade also announces the theater outside the building. Entrances have been rebuilt. These have got wind and new door parties – work with the entrances is one of the initiatives in the project aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the property. Surface remodel approximately 3000 sqm.
